Student Grievance Committee

To ensure prompt, fair, and effective redressal of students’ grievances

Objectives of the Committee
  1. To provide a mechanism for students to submit grievances and complaints.
  2. To ensure fair, transparent, and timely resolution of student grievances.
  3. To address academic, administrative, infrastructural, and other student-related issues.
  4. To maintain confidentiality and impartiality during the grievance redressal process.
  5. To promote a student-friendly environment within the institution.
Functions of the Committee
  • Receive and register grievances from students.
  • Investigate complaints and obtain relevant information from concerned departments.
  • Recommend appropriate corrective measures.
  • Monitor the implementation of decisions taken on grievances.
  • Maintain records of grievances and actions taken.
Procedure for Submission of Grievances

Students may submit their grievances through:

  • Written application to the Committee.
  • E-mail to the designated grievance redressal e-mail ID.
  • Complaint/Suggestion Box placed on the campus.
  • Online Grievance Portal (if available).
